Chartered in April of 1985, with its first Ball in 1986, Krewe de la Noblesse is a social organization which celebrates the traditional New Orleans Style of Mardi Gras. The by-invitation membership is limited to 200 married and single members. The Krewe takes great pride in promoting Mardi Gras and contributing to establishing Lake Charles as a Mardi Gras area second only to New Orleans.

The Lords of Leather is the only leather-oriented Mardi Gras krewe in the country. We are a not-for-profit social organization based in New Orleans, Louisiana. The purpose of the krewe is to function with “Medieval” Traditions as a Leather Oriented Mardi Gras krewe in addition to a Leather Oriented Social Club.

The Knights of Nemesis Social Club & Parade was formed in 2004 by several area St. Bernard businessmen who wanted to promote business and fellowship within St. Bernard Parish.

Each year, the Krewe of King Arthur's 300+ members are best known for their afternoon parade on the first Sunday of Mardi Gras, commonly known as "family Sunday" in the Carnival schedule. The King Arthur parade strolls down beautiful St. Charles Avenue on the historic Uptown New Orleans route before turning onto Canal Street in front of tens of thousands of spectators of all ages.

The Mystic Krewe of Apollo was founded in New Orleans in 1969 to foster brotherhood, unity and equality within our society. The main function was to stage an annual Bal Masque during the Mardi Gras Season.In 1976 Apollo became a unique organization with the introduction of a sister krewe, Apollo de Lafayette.
