Description:	Shangri-La began in 1973 as an all women's Krewe in St. Bernard. In the year 2000, with King Mario G. Bogran and Queen Patricia Bogran, this was the first brother and sister royal family of Shangri-La. That year the Krewe also moved to the uptown New Orleans route and has since become a club of very festive men and ladies.
